Sending this out on a Groovy Tuesday

Really fun edition this week. Some heavy things going on around the world (as always now? I hope not.) So we’ll keep it light here and give you a break.

Remember Kirby?

After years of battling him in Super Smash Bros. (my brothers’ favorite character to play) I finally bought and played a Kirby game. It’s a very stereotypical Nintendo title. Avoid monsters and traps, solve mini puzzles, find and collect things. It’s not open world like Mario or Zelda, nor does it have the flow of a Luigi’s Mansion (which technically has floors but it’s structured almost like an open world), but it’s very well made. Fun levels, cute graphics. Definite recommend for casual gaming. There’s not much of a story line but that’s ok since it’s not that kind of game. It also offers a local co-op mode — I haven’t tried it but I imagine it’s fun.

This also just came out but isn’t on the album, better than a lot of the album tracks even.

Pusha T, It’s Almost Dry

First time listening to him, but I heard the album was good so I checked it out.

Kazuki Isogai, The edbl x Kazuki Sessions

Polyphia

Just one song, but so excited. Already in the top songs of Polyphia for me. It’s called Playing God. A little Spanish, heavy beats. Godly, pardon the pun. Check out the unplugged version too! If you don’t like this, just say you don’t like music, it’s ok :X
